Ordering
You can
place your order for any of our products on this
secure web site,
by e-mail,
U.S. Mail, or via phone toll free at
1-877-9-4ALBUM or 1-877-942-5286. Our hours of
operation are 7:30 am to 5 pm CST, Monday thru
Friday. For your convenience the web site,
and e-mail, are up and running 24 hours a day 7
days a week.
Web Payment Policy
We accept
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS
cards. Just enter your credit card information
on the online order form. We use a secure web
server featuring a Thawte digital certificate
which ensures that your information will be
encrypted and secure.
Shipping
All
merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground, or US
Mail. Shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. However,
all US orders over $100.00 receive free
shipping, with the exception of Professional
Photo Lacquer, Sports Team Folders, and Black
Photo Presentation Boxes. Note: The
software used on this site will not
show the shipping as being free when you check
out, we will subtract
it manually when we process your order and bill
you accordingly. UPS 3 Day Select,
2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air are available for
rush shipments and the appropriate additional
charges will apply. We strive to ship stock
orders within 2 days of receipt. If we are
out of an item you order, or you have selected
any special order items, we will advise you via
e-mail or phone as to the expected shipping
date.
Back Orders
All orders
are shipped complete if possible. When we are
temporarily out of stock on any item, we will
advise you, then back-order that item, and ship
it as soon as it is in.
Damages
Report
damaged cartons to the carrier at once, not to
4Albums.com
Shortages or Errors
Claims for
shortages or shipping errors must be made within
7 business days from the date of receipt of the
merchandise.
Returns
Returns
must be RECEIVED within 15 business days of
INVOICE date, and must be authorized by
4Albums.com before return. Albums with
customized Name and Date or
Title imprinting are
NOT returnable, except in case of
defect.
Return Guidelines
Items must
be in NEW condition, and in the original
packaging.
Items must
be sent by pre-paid postage. Any "postage
due" package will be refused.
Enclose a
copy of the original invoice, and note whether
you would like a credit or exchange.
